ENA Paper Straws

In 2018 the trend of banning plastic straws began. To this day more than 13 states have banned plastic straws. With the ban came along paper straws as an alternative. Although a great alternative to plastic, many people found paper straws to be flimsy causing them to crack or snap in half when getting wet. I’ve run a few experiments and found that this isn’t the case with ENA’s paper straws. They are strong, reliable, and even reusable. 

ENA’s paper straws are strong. If you take a regular paper straw and put a little bit of pressure on them they would bend and smash into itself. If you do this to ENA’s paper straws they do not bend or smash they remain their shape. They are thicker than your average paper straw and are wrapped tighter than your average paper straw leaving you with a strong product.

ENA’s paper straws are reliable. If you are using ENA’s paper straws you do not have any issues with it bending or cracking while using. They remain reliable as a straw should be while in use, however, they are still able to break down if put into a compost bin. Leaving them reliable as a drinking tool, but also as an environmentally friendly product. 

ENA’s paper straws are even reusable. I tested my ENA paper straw with water. I left the paper straw in a glass full of water for a full day. Afterwards, I let the paper straw dry out on the counter and a few hours later it was back to its full hardness. This made me realize that you can reuse the paper straws. This is huge because you are able to reuse the paper straw a handful of times before you compost them giving you a longer lifespan of the product.
